Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup Details: Friday, June 5 11am-7:30pm at Jerome Bettis' Grille 36

Packet Pickup will be taking place at Jerome Bettis' Grille 36 in the North Shore from 11am-7:30pm.

All participants will receive their race bib (with timing chip attached), race t-shirt, 16 oz. can koozie and other goodies at packet pickup. We encourage all participants to attend packet pickup to avoid lines on race day.

Perks for Picking Up Your Packet at Jerome Bettis' Grille:

-Yuengling Golden Pilsner will be their beer of the month! and will offer a Yuengling Golden Pilsner 20 oz. for $4.

-They will have 5 can buckets of Yuengling Golden Pilsner for $15.

-They will can also have FREE chips and salsa appetizers for anyone picking up a race bib!

There will also be limited race day packet pickup located near the start/finish at Stage AE prior to the race from 7:00am-8:30am.

If you are picking-up your packet for yourself or for a friend, make sure to know the bib number to help expedite the packet pickup process. All bib numbers will be emailed to registered participants the week of the race.

Q: Can someone else pick up my race packet for me at packet pickup?


A: Yes! We are here to make your life easier. Someone else may pickup your packet as long as you provide them with some form of verification to show our staff.

Accepted Items:

-Copy of the bib number email
-Copy of ID
  

Bib Transfer Policy:

We will NOT be processing bib transfers at packet pick-up or on race day. The deadline for all transfers is June 1, 2020 at midnight (EST). No transfers will be processed after this date. No exceptions. All transfers are processed online and a $10.00 processing fee will be applied.

The registered participant will need to log into their profile on RunSignUp and start the process of transferring the bib to a friend or family member.

One this process has been initiated you will send them this link that contains step by step instructions on how to exchange the bib:
Exchange of funds will need to be completed outside of RunSignUp and between the transferee and the registered runner.

Virtual Race Bags: We are Going Green!

 

We have decided to 'go green' and switch from paper to virtual race bags. This will allow us to better serve our runners with enhanced deals AND help the environment! All runners will receive an email one week prior to the race with a personalized virtual race bag.

Runners will be able to redeem coupons and special race weekend offers by printing or activating on their smartphones.
